The Visionary Next Door

There is a great number of people doing extraordinary things on this planet. Unassuming people following their heart, their soul, their higher self, their truth. Remembering ancient wisdom or knowledge or discovering new solutions or ways of seeing the world.

Quite often, these visionaires are viewed as eccentrics. And no matter how concrete the proof of their truth is and how powerful or effective it is, many choose to disregard their work. For doing so would require them to completely review or reassess their view of the world and how it truly works (as opposed to how they believe it does). They are simply not yet ready to acknowledge that perhaps there are better or different ways of doing things... and they work phenomenally well.

These visionaries are farmers, photographers, artists, singers, healers, lawyers, translators, cashiers, teachers, doctors... Ordinary people simply living their lives in alignment with their truths, and with the Earth.

Recently, the Messenger had the chance to go on a trip to visit one of these visionaries: Charles Hubbard and his farm. He grows food in a very unique way, taking into account ley lines and energies, using pyramids and other sacred geometries to produce high quality (high energy/vitality) fruits and vegetables. Mr. Hubbard works with Mother Earth, Her wisdom. He listens to Her and treats Her  with great reverence.

This visionary man grows an immense quantity of food on a very small scale. He co-authored a book called Sacred Stewardship in which he explains this ancient, spiritual way of growing food, to ensure the knowledge remains once he leaves.


It was quite challenging for her to find the words to describe how this sacred farm felt to her, to Us, for We were quite active throughout the trip/visit.


While she was amazed by the gardens, the labyrinths, the sacred spaces, the pyramids and the animals, the Messenger was taken, moved by how the Earth felt at the farm: "Gaia is happy 'here'. She feels respected and honoured." "This place feels like truth. This place is truth."


That farm was a revelation for the Messenger. An inspiration. It was the type of place she needed to go, a springboard to help her move forward on her journey. You see, there was a great visionary before her (Mr. Hubbard), taking the time to explain his work, his philosophy, his beliefs. She was able to see, to experience the new world right in the old.

The visit not only showed her how her future garden would look like, but it also proved to her it is possible to "live your heart" no matter where you are located physically. It made convictions, certainties, truths... blossom, bloom within her.

You see Earthlings, it is important to find those "hidden" visionaires that live in your town, county, state, province, country, continent, planet... To seek out those who follow their path, who have the courage, the determination and the commitment to follow their heart, their higher self.

No matter how different their path is from yours, there will be points  where they will cross. There is always something amazing to be gained from connecting with great souls. All parties involved will grow through the encounter.

Yes, there are a lot of uncertainties, fears, volatiliy in this world at the current time. There are people who have gone completely "crazy", who have lost it, or have dug their heels deep in the ground, refusing to budge. 

There is also greatness all around you, in people and places. As you grow, you shed things, people from your life naturally. This gives you room, time to meet others who will lift you up, who will be the wind you need beneath your wings, to give you an everlasting push to soar. These places and people can be tucked away near or far, it is up to you to find them.

This is a great time to expand your horizons and look for inspiration close to home and further away. It can be a challenging world for all visionaries out there. As they say, there is strength in numbers.

To lift up the world and shine bright, it helps to surround yourself and connect with others of like-mind or who are already living the type of life you wish to have.
