As the world changes, that notion of sacred space must expand, extending to everywhere you spend any amount of time. Well, actually, that notion must be applied to yourself. In doing so, it transforms your entire world (as in where you are physically located) into a sacred space.
Your body is the vessel for your soul (actually, "kind of", as your soul is so much larger than your physical body; the two are separate, yet make a whole, albeit temporary. Your soul is always alive, whether you occupy a body or not, and each new vessel brings its own newness to your everlasting soul).
As such, your body should always be seen as a sacred space. Be mindful of everyone and everything (food, body care products, chemicals, throughts, objects...) that comes in contact with it.
Do your best to provide it with the best nourishment you can. Which, as it was mentioned above, goes well beyond food. Of course, this is (or should be) a well-known fact already. As the Wise Ones have mentioned many times before: Your body is your temple.
Also, your entire dwelling (and land) will be/become a sacred space. So will your place of work (your work space), even your car, your garage.
Everything in these places will have a purpose: utility, beauty, "reminders" (or focus-setters), connection, and so on. Anything that does not serve a purpose will be shed.
If you feel any resistance while reading this, just know that you may not be ready for the "purging" step now. That is OK. For there is a lot going on, and that is simply too much at this time. Honour that fact. Just reorganize your space to give yourself some room, putting things in boxes if you must. Simply be more mindful of anything new you bring in.
Your home, your yard, your work area and so on will all become sacred, "safe" places through intent. We have stated before how important intent is, how powerful it is.
For example, if you choose that your workspace will be free of (petty) bickering or drama, your intent will make it so. People will sense this intent as they enter your space - be it physically or through the phone. This permeating energy in this uncluttered space of yours will soften them up.
They may still choose drama, fear, anger... but just as they can project these heavy, dense, "sticky" energies wherever they are, you can block them, deflect them wherever you are. Anything you feel is in opposition with your higher good (and the higher good of the Whole) may hover in or around your physical/spiritual space, but it will never enter it or latch itself onto you.
You see, that is where your body as sacred space comes in. Your physical actions do a lot for your soul as a sacred space. By decluttering your dwelling, your office, your mind... you are removing anything that does not serve you, giving yourself room to breathe; setting the stage for all of your living and working areas to be a sacred space.
You are setting your intent in the physical real through concrete actions, and by doing so the intent is also manifesting (being born) in the invisible realm, in your soul self.
We know that you are used to projecting in the unseen world to attract or create things in your physical world. We are reminding you that this process is actually a two-way street.
Many of you already had that inkling. For those of you who did not, tell Us, are you really that surprised it works both ways? It has always been so. That reality is simply becoming more and more apparent, palpable.
This is why it seems We have been a broken record lately: always reminding you to take on less, to rest, to be mindful, to declutter. So you can have more room in both time and space, for you truly need it. Now and in the future.
Honour yourself as the sacred space (temple) that you are, and the rest will unfold in beautiful and surprising ways.
This is All.
Much Light and Love to Everyone

Yes Samp'a Ususi,
ReplyDeleteAnd so if you honour your sacred space, if you cease to activate the past, cease to organize the present (which is not synonymous of decluttering) and cease to plan the future, if you listen and live in the moment, then your body your vessel shall be healthy and serve your higher purpose.
Thus, shall you be at peace.
Thus, shall your life be filled with joy.
Thus, shall you entrain those whom you touch.
Many blessings,
Samp'a Ñaña
