About Me

My Photo
I'm an Earthling, just like you. I unexpectedly started to receive messages from Mother Earth in March of 2011, which I was asked by Gaia to share. I have agreed to do so, when appropriate. Some people seek to receive such messages, that was never the case for me. To be honest, I absolutely had no interest to do so. Now that I am relatively used to it, I enjoy it very much. Mind you, it has been quite a roller coaster ride, but a very fulfilling one. I hope you will find the messages useful. They have been a tremendous help in my life. The message is what's important, not the messenger. Your soul will tell you if your Truth matches the one contained in these "translations". They ring true to me, and so I have agreed to share them. La Messagère travaille également en français. Be well.

The Living Flame

You can learn a lot about life, about living, about yourself (your selves) simply by observing the dancing flame of a candle.

Its glow - all the nuances and shades of colours, of light it contains and how they change. Its shape. Its brightness. Ever changing. How it dances. Adapts. Moves.

When you think about it, is it not amazing how sommething so small can shine so bright? Radiate heat. How incredibly beautiful and mesmerizing it is in all its intensity - despite its small size?

Such a powerful source. Yet so fragile if one is not careful.

The light of a candle can ignite a fire that can destroy a forest, a city. Devastate crops and lives.

And just the same - if one is not cautious, the flame can extinguish. Leaving you engulfed in darkness, stumbling. Unable to find your way.

The candle is a warm, living light that illuminates so much more than your path or a room. It truly lives when it is lit. Ever since its glow was discovered, people have united with the flame. Staring at it for hours. Getting lost and found in it. Discovering solutions to problems that had been eluding them. Finding inner peace, stillness, serenity. Rediscovering their connection to soul(s) lighting the "hidden" or unseen world as shadows flickerings in the room.

You can find yourself, your own flame in that flickering glow.

How many of you have been mesmerized by the cold, dead glow of the light bulb that you just switch on without thinking?

Even the act of lighting a candle (or a fire) is a conscious one. Sacred. Special. Bonding.

Now you need not a power outage to experience the magic of this living light.

You can do it anytime when its is dark or light. Each situation holds a unique experience. One is not necessarily better than the other. It is simply a light from a different perspective if you will.

Everything softens by candle light. The mood. People's voices. The atmosphere... Confidence and secrets feels safer to divulge by candle light.

Such a simple act. Requiring so little. No batteries or electricity required.

Yet, it takes you to another time, another realm. Connects you to the old ways. The old knowledge. To a slower-paced time. It connects you to the oneness. For everyone is the same, equal, under the glow of the candle.

Maybe it simply reminds you of your own light in a way nothing else can.

When you are mindful, present, attentive to its sacredness, sitting quietly by candle light or a fire is like stepping into a time machine. It can take you through the ages of time in a minute or an evening.

Honour the living light, the living fire. Teach others to respect it - young and old. Spend time with the flame. It will teach you so much about yourself as you are today and through all of time.

Making a practice of observing the flame is the easiest, simplest way to remember everything that you are and everyone that you have been. It helps you find the living flame within.

This is all.

Much Light and Love to Everyone.
